Did you know it is scientifically proven that certain foods make us so happy?

A certain foods can lead us to the heights of pleasure. Recently it was discovered that beer causes the body's well-being even after a single bite.
On the other hand, there are other foods that stimulate the sensitive nerve of pleasure.

Uncooked foods, a variety of natural foods that reduce high levels of depression, anxiety, mood swings, hyperactivity, and a variety of emotional and mental problems, causes us to look differently and enjoy more often.

I've already started thinking about how to cook something delicious, salmon, for instead, because salmon is part of Omega3 fatty, which plays an important role in maintaining morale and welfare.

Moreover, I savor the fish with walnuts and flax seeds, and for dessert I would choose one that contains apples (rich in quercetin, an anti-inflammatory compound that is designed to protect the heart from disease, and a compound that protects brain cells), almonds (rich in tyrosine, one of the elements that produce dopamine and other neurotransmitters associated with the well) or, better yet, I enjoy a chocolate because everyone knows that chocolate contains antioxidants and very delicious, a good remedy for anxiety reduction.
