Our skin suffers during this summer when we expon ourselves without protection or not to eat what we need.

The results are most often those that do not want and do not wait. Therefore we must face reality through outreach, determination and will.

Well, the secret to a healthy and beautiful skin lies not only in cosmetics and treatments we use. Nutrition plays a very important and beauty of our skin, not just for the body.

So, for ever young and glowing skin, it is better to appeal to the miraculous power of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables.

Markets are filled with seasonal fruits we can eat either in the morning or as a snack and see how our skin regains elasticity and brilliance.

What foods shine our skin?

Strawberries: is rich in alpha-hydroxy acids which lead to the removal of dead skin layer and vitamin C, which stimulates the production of collagen.

Equally good is avocado, which should not deprive us of food.
Omega-3 fatty acids in avocado are among "good fats" that provides a smooth and shiny skin.

Most beneficial antioxidants are berries. So blueberries, raspberries or blackberries should not be avoided, especially now that it is their season.

Squeezed lemon or lime juice helps to detoxify the body, which translates into a beautiful and bright tel.

Lemon juice with a strong detoxifying effect can be used if we see that the skin is dull, lifeless.

Pineapple is the list of miracle fruit helps fight oily skin. It contains an enzyme called bromeline and therefore has a repairman.

Apples are rich in soluble fiber and fail to "collect" heavy metals in the colon and eliminate them quickly. This means that helps to eliminate toxins from the body, which translates into skin radiant health.
