Often we hear how the most extravagant restaurants use in cooking some ingredients that we should work half of life.

We know that all the restaurants use such ingredients in order to complete quality menu preparations, which are sold like hot cakes.

What are the ingredients?

First on the list are white truffles, mushrooms are the most valuable in the world.

White truffles are originate in northern Italy, in the Piedmont. A single mushroom reach a diameter of 12 cm and may reach a weight of 500 grams.


These truffles are sold at a price ranging between 2,000 and 4,000 euros per kilogram. The record is held by a casino owner who paid $ 330,000 for 1.5 kg of these truffles.
